Refund policy

At PatioFurniture.ae, we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is subject to applicable UAE laws.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued for the eligible product value. For customer-initiated returns (where the product is not defective or incorrect), applicable delivery, installation, fixing, assembly, or dismantling charges may be deducted.

Sofas, Dining Sets & Swings: AED 300–500
Gazebos: AED 1,500–2,000
Card Payments: A 5% payment processing fee may apply where permitted.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photos or videos. Once verified, we will provide a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, and no delivery, collection, installation, dismantling, or processing fees will be charged.
