In order to contract with Patio Furniture, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Patio Furniture retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by a phone call and after which an email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

We have an internal logistics department that handles all deliveries.

What do I have to present at the time of delivery?
You must present the order number, and a signature will be required.

How is delivery scheduled?
After you have placed your order you will receive an acknowledgement email, followed by a confirmation phone call. During the call, you can let one of our team members know your preferred time. Our deliveries are usually between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Deliveries are currently free of charge within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, as long as the invoice amount is over AED 3,500. If the order amount is less than AED 3,500, a transport charge will apply depending on the items purchased. Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and RAK carry a charge of AED 250.

Products may only be returned with our prior approval and in accordance with our return instructions. For customer-initiated returns (where the product is not damaged, defective, or incorrect), return transportation and any associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If a product is returned without our prior approval or not in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return, refund, or replacement, and the original purchase price will remain payable.

If the returned product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, PatioFurniture.ae will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund (subject to product availability) at no additional cost to the customer. In such cases, we will arrange the return or collection, and no return, delivery, installation, dismantling, or handling charges will apply.
